Roadmap Planning
Having a solid 18-month Product Roadmap provides significant benefits. It

the future and it allows your employees to plan ahead in terms of resource
planning and prioritization as well as PR campaign planning. Does your company
have a solid 18-month Product Roadmap?

Management, Product Marketing, Product Development, Sales, SE, Consulting

applicable) and customers.
- Ensure a Feature Enhancement Database (or equivalent) is in-place to capture
all feature requests and requests for new products. If not, then create
a basic database.
- Create the first draft of a proposed Product Roadmap to serve as a “starting
point”.

the company will meet to define the 18-month Product Roadmap.

Meeting.

Usability Study
Your products may be leading edge, but how usable are they? Can your end-users

of your Product Development Team observe and document product usability.
Project Activities
- Thoroughly review the UI of the product. Work with Product Management to

No. 6 to Part 742” encryption technology supporting documentation.
- Ensure License Exception ENC approval documentation is forwarded to you
by BIS.

(with strong encryption) into. Cross reference the list with countries

Does your company offer many different products, perhaps even at different
